- Leader Qsantity Surveyors in the tender and post contract functions
- Responsibilities for all cost estimating , cost planning, cost studies , cost monitoring and controlling , measurement
- Tender analysis and agressment of the contract sum
- Commercial managemerial and contract administration
- Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender document, drafting contract condition
- To closely monitor the result of the tenders and update , them in the tender register

- BE (Civil) / ME (Civil) , AGTI (Civil)
- Excel , Word , Auto Cad - 2D / 3D ,Estimate (Civil)
- Must be over 5 years in QS Manager
- Experience with infrastructure Projects and road and bridge construction
- Ability for travel and to traverse job sities
- Strong Communication skills
- Can travel depends on situation
