A Big Opportunity for ...

Setting strategies for day-to-day management of Risk & Compliance Department to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and risk free.
Identifying and problem solving on the legal issue raised by C-level and other department Heads.
Working with other department Heads and C-Level in development of process, procedure, policy, guideline, term and condition, agreement and MoU that those documents reflect the practicality and efficiency of the SPNM’s business and that Risk and Compliance elements are fully incorporated.
Managing and monitoring ongoing tasks prepared by the subordinators by providing feedback, encouragement and maintaining open communication.
Coordinate and facilitate among and between the department Heads.
Working effectively and in timely manner when any legal enquiries are arisen by relevant departments and C-Level.
Perform other duties as and when required.

Making sure that Risk & Compliance Department is functioning well; it includes staff planning, guideline development, quality and sufficiency of human resource.
Making sure that each employee of Risk & Compliance Department is having job description.
Conducting regular one-on-one coaching with all staffs of the Department to monitor and manage their performance and to understand their development need.
Ensure proper allocation of work and delegation of authority and optimum utilization of staff.

Keeping understanding and experiencing with SPNM’s products and services, policies and procedures, law and other relevant rules and regulations of Myanmar.

Job Requirements

Excellent knowledge in all types of risk management in financial industry.
Advanced skills in risk analysis and measurement.
Has wide net work and able to communicate with relevant authorities, regulators.
Ability to reporting to/working with a Board of directors.
Self-starter & results-oriented person.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Bachelor Degree in Law is a must.
