Manage the Tele sales team, B2B Sales team, Sales Development team and marketing department
Monitor the performance of the sales team and C&I team
Implement sales & marketing strategies
Set weekly and monthly sales targets
Train junior staffs
Write sales scripts and customer answer sheets
Maintain customer relationships
Handle escalated customer complaints
Compile and present sales reports
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the brand.
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Manage other responsibilities requested by CEOs
