Job Description

Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the related brand’s sales goals
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales Leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Manage all PSI Management
Focus to budget analysis and product sales cycle
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.

Job Requirements

Any Graduated and prefer degree in marketing & management field
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role (Prefer to Electronic Field)
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Staff management skill and people development
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
