Job Description

This is an exciting, hands-on role to be the leader of the sales department for the JobNet Group  (JobNet.com.mm and Alote Myanmar sales teams).   The growth and potential of JobNet and Alote are immense - and the impact on the future of Myanmar even greater! As key member of our leadership team, you will manage the entire sales operations and achieve agreed upon revenue growth targets.  

 

A critical focus is leadership development and managing a repeatable sales process for all sales teams, SME, Corporate and Enterprise Solutions.

 

The candidate will be a proven executive and a strategic business thinker who can build upon JobNet's current strength to drive the sales organization to new levels of success. This individual will have a strong appreciation for driving and delivering a repeatable sales process, detail-oriented standards and pipeline management and a culture of accountability with a focus on results.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a yearly sales strategy plan together with MD
  • Create lead generation programs with Head of Marketing to grow market share
  • Establish and maintain a high performance, numbers driven culture of sales professionals
  • Manage and coach sales managers 
  • Provide frequent training to all sales teams (SME, Corporate, Enterprise)
  • Hands-on involvement in the prospecting and closure of high-ticket and strategic accounts
  • Reporting and analysis of sales trends as well as overall management of the sales CRM
  • Bring focused and useful feedback from the market, to help shape strategy and product

Essential duties

  • Maintain and enhance a culture of high performance (up or out)
  • Constantly hire and develop top sales performers
  • Manage incentives and bonuses to reward top performers

Job Requirements

  • 5 years as a top sales performer yourself
  • Focused on establishing and maintaining a repeatable sales model and process
  • Proven experience in B2B sales for at least 8+ years
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing large sales teams 
  • Experience in segment analysis and forecasting
