  • Responsible for dealer’s development and dealer’s sales management
  • Up to 20,000,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive + Allowances

 

About the company

 

Our Client is established market leading electronic distribution and home appliances business in Myanmar.

 

 

The Role

 

  • Plan, Sales Budget, purchasing budget and operation cost budget for monthly and yearly
  • Setting revenue targets for members of the sales team and target dealers
  • Setting pricing strategy, sales strategies, and sales policy
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
  • Negotiate and contract sales volume, payment terms, sales policy with dealers due to dealer’s performance

Job Requirements

  • Must have 5 years of working experience in Consumer Electronic, Home Appliance Industry

 

  • Great communication skills

 

  • Continually drive effective results, outstanding problem-solving skills
