The Head of Seller Transaction will be responsible for category strategy, category development, business performance in terms of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Transactions while overseeing seller recruitment, seller onboarding, seller experience and seller management.

• Champion relationship building with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key communication in achieving business vision objectives
• Develop and oversee category management in line with high level targets and vision of KBZPay Market
• Lead seller transaction team in synchronizing with business direction and goals
• Translate and analyze market data to develop seller and category strategy
• Build an agile business processes to respond to market trends and customer needs
• Oversees seller onboarding process and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both sellers and customers in terms of user interface, training and webinar management
• Plan and refine product categorization, master data based on growing product portfolio
• Plan strategic plan and targets for short term, mid-term and long term
• Onboarding merchants to KBZPay Market’s campaign while working closely with Marketing team Idiate, implement and execute special projects.

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in category management & development
• Experience working in e-commerce and technology related industry
• Project management skills
• Ability to work with teams
• Proficiency in Burmese and English
• Strong communication skills
• Experience creating excel models and dashboards
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exposed in project management roles
• Understanding of e-commerce customer needs
• Knowledge of business strategy
