Responsible for developing and maintaining quality client relationships. Hold regular meetings with business owners and senior executives to determine appropriate credit size, terms, and pricing while developing rapport with decision makers so bank is viewed as the ‘Bank of Choice’, value-added, and trusted financial services partner.
Direct the marketing efforts of the Commercial Business, ensure set targets are met in line with budget.
Maintain a visible profile in the Dealer Network space and clients; be the Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) both externally and internally by being knowledgeable of industry trends and issues. Work closely with the team in Commercial Banking to ensure a productive partnership that is market competitive.
Ensure commercial business operations in strict compliance to policy of the bank and CBM

Provide direction in building up the HP/Medium business in Myanmar
Build sales and operations strategy for commercial business with related product partners in markets, transaction banking, structured finance, and others;
Ensure highest standards of due diligence and credit assessment are maintained while extending loans
Develops and establishes a marketing plan focusing on the growth of loans and sustains marketing efforts to developed performance metrics.
Deals with any necessary matters between entrepreneurs and customers / bank’s staff on timely manners.
Manage all Commercial sales risk, conform to business standards, improve risk metrics and ensure no adverse audit findings
Oversee the loan portfolio - maintain quality control and minimize losses.

Job Requirements

8 to 10 years of experience in banking as senior Banker with experience in Commercial business
in-depth understanding of corporate/commercial banking business
Market Intelligence: ability to anticipate trends in market and impact on strategy and plans
Knowledge of all Bank credit and deposit products and services, with special emphasis on business credit and deposit products and services
