  • Devise, develop and implement marketing projects and initiatives designed to ensure the economic, strategic and operational growth of the brand.
  • Build and enhance a bank’s image in order to increase sales and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Assess and outline all the necessary planning steps to deliver the rebrand.
  • Ensure, the successful implementation of rebranding launch and outline the necessary planning steps by closely working with senior management team
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of the market and examine consumers’ buying preferences and habits, etc. and develop a long-term brand development strategy (setting out objectives, priorities and roadmap) aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives.
  • Enhance the bank’s image in terms of new brand essence, vision, positioning, identity, presentation and logo by leveraging our strategic and creative on-brand behaviors and customer experience.
  • Coordinate and manage all of the planned communication and promotional initiatives and activities, including communications campaigns, digital branding, public relations and brand promotional activities etc., in collaboration with sales and marketing team and external consultants.
  • Monitor the impact of the marketing activities on the brand’s performance against its objectives and, where necessary, recalibrates the strategy in response to changes in demand, sales policies of competitors, consumer trends or company production capacity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experiences related field, with at least 4 years in a Management role
  • Knowledge in the most current technologies and products used in the banking industry.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, good communication and public relation, Customer service mindset and attitude
  • Strong problem-solving, managerial and analytical skills; good social and communication skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English (Writing + Speaking)
