About the Job: The main purpose of the role is to manage overall supply chain and logistics process to maximize the end-to-end process efficiency. 

• Lead the supply forecast process by coordinating with cross functional teams.
• Manage stock balance and ensure to meet the expected demand of the market without having any stock shortage.
• Manage all the shipments, check and follow up all required documents and ensure the on-time arrival and clearance process.
• Understand the importance and urgency in every step of the supply chain process till to the consumer and follow up and overcommunicate with all related cross functional teams.
• Build and manage relationships with the suppliers as well as the external parties such as agencies, related ministries, and distributors.
• Identify process's bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Manage all imported and in-country procured inventory as well as the warehouse system to reduce the numbers of expired and damaged products.
• Manage the destroyed processes for all expired products very well in procedure.
• Manage all the local and international procurements and logistics services for the whole organization and ensure the goods/services are met on time as requested.
• Lead the team and ensure to deliver consistent results and high-quality deliverables.
• Ensuring all the detail records and documents are kept in a systematic order.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Master/Bachelor's Degreee in Supply Chain, Business or in other related field
• Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in the same role within an MNC/FMCG environment
• Experience with strategic planning and execution with documented business results
• Sense of ownership and its impact on organization's success.
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with commercial teams and cross functional collaboration.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office frequently. (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Positive attitude towards sexual health contraceptives and condoms.
