Job Description

  • Manage Campaign Operations, CRM, Guided Shopping & Traffic Performance teams while streamlining customer journey
  • Manage traffic properties such as homepage, Official Store channel, platform-maintained cross-border stores, Flash sales while also defining the road map and achieving performance targets for visitors, guided orders, guided revenue for over-all seller tools
  • Manage performance and quality monitoring for all teams within traffic operations
  • Identify areas for improvement in traffic allocation and customer engagement, to boost the performance of overall business & traffic metrics e.g. conversion rate, search relevancy and Oversee segmented and personalized CRM campaigns
  • Set up weekly governance process and campaign meetings with the local country team to follow-up on onsite traffic strategy execution and facilitate best-practice sharing while assisting them with their onsite traffic operations
  • Define and coordinate work steps, work processes and tasks with the respective project team. Review, discuss and approve work results. Ensuring information flow and motivation
  • Work in collaboration with the regional and local teams to implement processes and improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with Operations, Commercial and Product for all operations related to Traffic Ops
  • Create and communicate long-term plans including forecasting and resource planning/allocation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/commercial finance/marketing/economics or related fields; MBA degree with corporate experience is a plus
  • More than 5-7 year work experience, preferable 3-4 years in e-commerce or relevant tech industry
  • Solid understanding of basic e-commerce frameworks and concepts, such as traffic, conversion etc. Preferably experience from on-site merchandising, traffic management and product management, CRM Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and working level Burmese is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Results driven & customer focused attitude
  • Very good analytical skills, result oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, outstanding problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
  • SQL (Preferred), Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
