Main Task and ResponsibilitiesØ Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronicallyØ Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesØ Research questions using available information resourcesØ Advise user on appropriate actionØ Follow standard help desk proceduresØ Redirect problems to correct resourceØ Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionØ Track and Route problems and requests and document resolutionsØ Inform Management of Recurring problemsØ Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Position Requirement:
Ø Bachelor degree preferredØ Window 2012/2016 server certificationØ Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipmentØ Knowledge and experience of customer service practicesØ Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk supportØ Able to speak English
