• Ensure local Computer Downtime maximum 8 working hours
• Ensure Local Network Downtime maximum 8 working hours
• Ensure Data Security and Safety
• Ensure all CCTV downtime maximum 8 working hours
• User Support via phone or directly go to user site
• Virus checking and computer maintenance according to plan
• Antivirus updating weekly
• CCTV devices Checking and maintenance regularly
• Database backup daily
• Computer assets list updating monthly

• 1 year experience in related field
• BC.Tech,BE (IT) or any relevant diploma (or) certificate
• Team player,who is self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to work during night time when require
• Knowledge in both hardware & software
