An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Monitor Hire Purchase (HP) sales of Agriculture Machinery by JD-CAL.
Submit monthly reports to CAL management on status of HP sales by JD-CAL.
Reports to management on every 50 units of HP sales for each bank.
Follow up with HP borrowers prior payment due date to ensure timely payments.
Work with sales men to properly select customers to minimize chances for defult.
When late payments reach 90 days, initiate and coordinate repossession of financed assets with JD-CAL. sales.
Work with JD-CAL sales on resale of repossessed tractors.
Ensure that the banks are given the courtesy to review resale price to repossessed tractors.
Provide a professional and appropriate to approach to deal with HP customers.
Listen to customer challenges and present solutions on HP matters.
Respond in an timely manner to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Act as a contact between JD-CAL and CAL Financec on HP sales.
