An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • The home loan process doesn’t end with the disbursement of the loan, it requires the settlement process in which the loan contract needs to put stamp duty, the title change process etc.
  • Collateralized property’s ownership documents, chain of successive sales contracts, tax documents, etc.
  • Once the loan documents have been processed, the document associate needs to put all those together and create the security package and send it to respective branch. The person need to maintain the record for the security package in the log and date.
  • The Non-Performing loans by branches and the value would need to be tracked and report.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years of experience in Banking in sales and retail banking role
  • Loan and credit experience
  • Home loan experience is a plus
  • Proactive and initiative
  • Multi-tasking
  • Self- confident & determined
  • Drive for result and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office.
