Able to meet home loan sales targets-affluent/high net worth clients
Achieve sales target for various banking products with consisitency and compliance
Ensure proper procedure and documentation when assessing loan requirement
Able to identify and maximize sales opportunities and provide mortgage advice to customers according to their needs
Source for loans through various internal and external distribution channels of sales
Able to work independently and take charge for planning sale visits and presentations to potential customers
Good customer serivice skills and a high degree of initiative

Job Requirements

Any graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (Mortgage sales experience is preferred)
Experience in liaising and networking with high net worth/affluent/premier clients
Knowledge in property market is an advantage
Solid communication, interpersonal, customer service and relationship management skills
Able to work at out of office hours if required
Basic computing skill (MS Office Applications, Internet, e-mail)
Effective communication in both Myanmar and English languages
