The home loan process doesn’t end with the disbursement of the loan, it requires the settlement process in which the loan contract needs to put stamp duty, the title change process etc.
Home Loan Legal Officer needs to go to different government offices to follow up on the ownership title changes, tax payment, etc
Home Loan Legal Officer need to go to different government offices to verify the property ownership document as well as the changing the 105/106 etc.
Need to act as the lawyer representing the Bank in the sales contract and tripartite agreement. Verifying the legality of the successive sales contracts and latest sales contract with the borrower and the seller.

Job Requirements

Law degree
Valid Lawyer License
Experience in Real Estate Industry (Real Estate Agency or residential developer company)
Home loan experience is a plus
Proactive and initiative

Self- confident & determined

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office.
