  • Direct, oversee and manage daily operations of the Hotel.
  • Operation Manager is responsible for managing the day to day Hotel experience including Food and beverages department operation, Housekeeping, Front office and retail experiences. 
  • Oversee the management and performance of Hotel and applicable department operations and services to assure high standards and total customer satisfactions. 
  • Empower employee to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining budgeted food and beverage cost, wage cost and supporting the sales effort to drive top line revenue.
  • Reviews findings from guest feedback with employees to develop appropriate corrective action.
  • Maintain and efficient organized workspace that encourages prductively at all times.
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
  • Coordinates plans with the food and beverages manager for all food and beverage needs.
  • conducts annual performance appraisal with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures employees are treated fairly and equitably.
  • .Act as a role model to all employees by demonstrating the behaviour and work ethic expected of all employees.
  • Attends regular Food and Beverage leadership meetings to ensure proper communication and teamwork.
  • Addresses guest, member and member guest complaints and resolves problems immediately

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder or Business Administration and Hospitality Diploma
  • Minimum 12 years experience in Hotel field
  • Advance level in English, Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer skill in microsoft office 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly and personable.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning experience
  • Experience successfully managing a large staff.
