- Responsible for all staff to follow hospital rules and regulation.
- To handle the patient complaint/comments.
- Check for all housekeeping service of the rooms (ward), all public area and all out patient area .
- Attend and participate in meeting when directed by the management.
- Arrange the internal and external training for the staffs.
- To participate in organizational functions.
- To review all the report and check list of different sectors (daily, monthly)
- To arrange the uniform changing for all staffs when needed.
- To deal with supplier.
- To arrange for inter departmental meeting with all HK staff.
- Responsible for ensuring standard of HK services to meeting with QMS by checking and continuous monitoring and action taking.
