We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping/Operation Manager to support operations of our campus efficient administrative procedures.
- Arranged administrative procedures and system
- Leading a team of complete arrange administrative duties
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative system
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Oversee all operation
- Good management skills, good attitude, Good personal skills.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years' experience in a related field, such as management or hotel operation management, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
