Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Administrative:

  • To complete all administrative support of the office including travel arrangements, answering phone calls, respond to emails, drafting ad hoc paper works, filing, photocopying etc.
  • To provide supplies by identifying need for reception, security guardhouse, and kitchen; and other work schedule.
  • Monitors daily operations and assists in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provides communication by identifying need; evaluating options; and approving invoices.
  • Purchases office stationery and other printing materials by negotiating price, quality and delivering to department as per request.
  • Provides historical references by utilizing a filing system.
  • To meet financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparing, determine where reduction in office expenditure could be made and allocate admin budget.
  • Ensure adequate attendance records, leave records, overtime records.
  • To maintain office computers and other equipment; must know how to operate office machineries and basic maintenance.
  • Record keeping Fixed Assets register for existing and new.
  • Other duties as and when necessary.
  • Human Resources:

  • Negotiate employment agreements/ contracts, rental agreements and other general services contracts.
  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training preparation for administrative employees
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Help to develop personnel by arranging the right training programs for each department.
  • Prepare for performance reviews on quarterly and annual basis accomplishes staff results by communicating job planning, monitoring, appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and establishing and enforcing systems, policies and procedures, work schedules.
  •   Other duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration Management
  • At least 1 year experience in related fields
  • Typing Skills (Both of English and Myanmar Font) – (Minimum 40 WPM – Error Free)
  • Problem-solving and organization skills
  • MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • knowledge in Myanmar Labor Laws and Income Tax Laws
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Able to complete work to deadlines with direct supervision
  • English 4 Skills
  • Good interpersonal skill
