Job Description

- Assisting recruitment process
- Assisting Training program
- Working with recruitment agencies to sources for candidates for specific job position
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Assist day to day responsibilities of Manager
- Documentation for Manager
- Attendance management (leave)
- Keeping contracts, legal documents and other files updated
- Collecting CV or Resume
- Report monthly leave and late comers list.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduated (Diploma in HRM is preferable)
• Must have Experience in HR (3) Year
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
• Creative, honest, hard- working and passionate
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Good used Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of labor law
