  • Manage day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Maintain and update employee records/files
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Handle HR documents, leave records, attendance records, Employment Contracts, Recruitment & Selection, Over Time Calculations
  • Prepares, and manage offer letters, employment letters, probation review forms, probation success letters and contracts for new employees.
  • Arrange orientation and training for the new and current employees
  • Organize staff events whenever there is
  • Manage and process performance appraisals
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, recruiting job websites and agencies, hospitals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Prepares, and manage offer letters, employment letters, probation review forms, probation success letters and contracts for new employees.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in education field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR related field
  • Good in English
  • Good understanding of laws, process and income tax process of employees.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
