Job Description

  • Arrange interviews, collect & verify information provided by candidates
  • Assist PIT and update personal income tax book and tax certificates on quartely basics
  • Assist SSB payment process and support employees for SSB claim process
  • Build and maintain healthy relationship with government bodies
  • Arrange staffs' apartment check in/ check out
  • Assist in stamp duty payment process of staffs' accommodation
  • Keep updated of employee's personal file on file server
  • Assist in employment contract registration, monitor employment contract's expiration date and assist for renewal/extension process
  • Assist in Expat employees labour card process
  • Assist HR executive & Senior People Manager as necessary

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experience as HR in international/ multinational organization
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels with confidence
  • Computer literacy (MS office applications, with advance excel skills)
  • Possess basic IT knowledge and experience with HR related apps, software
  • Thorough knowledge of income tax law, social security law and any laws related to payment of salary
  • Decent knowledge on HRM
  • Ability to communicate in English language
