Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This position is hiring for Mandalay Division. 

  • Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
  • Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation
  • Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
  • Provide the uniform issue process and other multi tasks related with Hotel.
  • Control the fixed assets and record the meeting minutes.
  • Under take any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor/management team from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration (or ) Diploma in  business management
  • At least (4) years working experiences in related role and age between (27 - 35) years.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft office suite.
  • Knowledge Myanmar labor law.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
