Job Description
• Ability to carry out HR & Administration tasks as required office with minimal supervision• Assistant the HR & Admin’s Director’s instruction in timely • Assistant and prepare daily meeting and BOD’s tasks as necessary• Searching the candidates according to the request of the departments• Purchase the whole office document and stationery as needed.• Making day-to day Admin matters and performs closely with team and other departments • Preparing and saving the related government documents and participating government affairs• Making full process for renewal process of Company License, Building Permit, office vehicles’ license, etc.• Making to maintain office building and vehicles.• Co-operation in office events, including meetings, conferences and training sessions.• Manage the cleaner and security’s daily responsibilities.• Overviews the department’s manpower structure and work load.• Planning and arrange office welfare and monthly employee birthdays.• Welcome to new staffs and onboarding• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures• Performing the urgent cases of the other staff when they take the leave
