Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Follow up with all employees on their morale and work conditions to provide solutions to the business unit head; listen and consult employees on work-related difficulties.
  • Collect and follow up with all leaves and absences of employees to better understand and minimize employee absence.
  • Monitor employee punctuality and report to business unit head and HR department of Head Quarter.
  • Monitor employee skills and work requirements to plan for on-the-job training when necessary.
  • Understand and record all process flows in the business unit including construction management, property management, legal department, and sales & marketing department.
  • Coordinate with department heads to provide valuable suggestions to all the process flows to improve working efficiencies, especially for processes involving two or more departments at the same time.
  • Review all existing HR & Admin policies on a yearly basis and make changes according to the nature of the work.
  • Draft new HR & Admin policies with the support of Head Quarter when necessary.
  • Consult with HR Manager of Head Quarter on all HR policies and employee hiring, firing and transfers.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager of Head Quarter on recruitment and selection process; collect all employee JDs and maintain and updated record.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR & Admin department
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Psychology or other related majors.
  • Proficient in English is preferred.
  • Must be eager to learn and self-motivated.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
