HR & Admin Executive
• Assisting recruitment/training• Working with recruitment agencies to sources for candidates for the specific job position• Doing all employee personal issue such as profile management/recording• Recording and overlook on employee attendant/leave compensation• Doing a monthly employee payroll/compensation/benefit• Assistant to the manager on remuneration scheme development• Assistant to the manager for performance evaluation• Assistant to the manager for internal rules, policies, and guidelines establishment/review• Measure employee retention and turnover ratesAdministrative support
• Assist various office administrative duties including tenancy agreement, banking matters, employee insurance, catering and logistics support for meetings and staff activities. • Making travel arrangements for all DLMM employee, such as visa applications, booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies. • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation for both paper and electronic records • Covering the reception desk when required, helping organize and maintain office common areas. • Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required
• Any Graduated (Diploma in HRM is preferable) • Must have Experience in HR (2) Year and Knowledge of labor law• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company • Creative, honest, hard- working and passionate • Able to work under pressure and deadline • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes • Good used Microsoft Office
