Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Monitoring & analysing the employee Databased System.
  • Summarize weekly reports of attendance records as OT,Late ,Leaves & absenteeism.
  • Support Manager & depatment head with precise investigation.                                                                
  • Making sure of all employee awareness on JDs.
  • Handling employee resignation process as per SOP.
  • Monthly payroll administration for assigned departments.
  • Managing employees record and benefit ,including payroll and health insurance.
  • Provide service to new joiner ( employee ID cards,business cards and other utilities )
  • Liasion with government office for employment contract ,SSB cards and claiming processing of  SSB’s benefits.
  • Play as keep performer in daily HR operations.
  • Keeping proper filing system for both hard and soft copies of HR related job.

    Admin Job Description –

  • Supporting to directors and other departments as per requirements.
  • Handling administration issues
  • Other ad-hocs duties assign by HR manager.

Job Requirements

  • Must have related bachelor degree or diploma .
  • Must have 3 years experience in HR & Admin in related industries.
  • Well knowledge of labor law, taxation and SSB contribution payment.
  • Excellence communication skills in both English and Myanmar.(Prefers Chinese language )
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft tools, internet ,outlook .
  • Age between 25-30.
