-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Develop and manage HR & Administrative procedures and policies
-Manage to HR, Admin budget and manpower planning, recruitment and selection, and learning & development, employees' remuneration, employee wellbeing, etc.
-Conduct performance management and evaluation system
-Manage the relevant HR database up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
-Ensures effective distribution of duties and responsibilities to HR& Admin staffs
-Collaboration with internal & external organizations including group companies for effective and efficient business opportunities

Job Requirements
-At least 5 years of working experience in Administrative& HR functions
-Bachelor/master degree in relevant areas or professional degrees such as MBA and law degrees
-Must have Japanese language level N2 or N3 and good command in English.
-Well knowledge of all areas of human resources
-Well knowledge of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
-Ability of problem solving, conflict management and leadership skill
