Job Descriptions:
• Manage the Man Power Plan to meet with Business Strategy.
• Analyze JD/JS for each employee with actual operation.
• Fulfill vacant position as per Man Power Plan (Link with Corporate HR team)
• Orientation process to new employee.
• Preparing Employment Contract and report to Head Office.
• Issue the office policy according operation process.
• Review and Manage Employee Attendance Condition.
• Review and Manage OT/TA expenses and estimated budget.
• Handle the Salary Calculation Process and Reporting Process.
• Handle SSB Process and Income Tax for employees.
• Have to link communication with Government Office.
• Have to make  good relationship with Division and Business Unit.
• Ensure to handle General Affairs process for existing vehicles and office assets.
• Reporting issues to Corp HR and General Affairs Team as per Business Operation. 
• Prepare HR & Admin Department KPI and report to Management by presentation.
• Handle the training enroll process for all employee for their development.
• Establish the rules and regulations to compliance with organizational polices.
• Guiding and reviewing all reports from subordinates.
• Coach and train subordinates to develop their competencies and motivational fit.
• Innovating, Upgrading and re-structuring of internal policies, rules, regulations.
• Negotiate to set up the employee benefits, promotions, and demotions.
• Check and review confirmation, transfer, promotions, demotions, resignation, termination for black list in the system.
• Participating in exit interviews for the same level.
• Support social welfare and awareness program for employees.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration. 
• Age Between 30~35
• At least 5 Years’ Experience in Manager Level with HR & Administration Field.
• Experienced working knowledge of HR procedures, administrative, business process and HR software / systems.
• Strong knowledge in HR procedures , Labor Law and employee relations.
• Experienced in employee engagement and conflict resolution processes. 
• Able to perform overall HR & administration processes and employee development.
• Strong English 4 skills.
• Able to use outlook, power point, excel, word and other functions/ systems.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership skill and excellent interpersonal skill.
