Job Description

- Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of equipment and supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Keep regular track and updates of company’s assets 
- In charge of overall company renovation process, and rules and regulation 
- Take active part in overall organizational improvement as well as HR plannings, managements and developments
- Coordinate all efforts related to recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time and temporary employees
- Conduct and review on employee’s performance appraisal and provide 
require training and development if needed 
- Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional 
development plan that aligns with company’s mission, vision and objectives and drives high performance
-Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and company’s needs; complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records and rectify issues in a timely manner
- Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook
- Assist with company staff with HR-related questions and issues and provide periodic communication on benefits and related information to employees
- Implement and manage company’s recruitment processes; continuously work on developing the most effective and economical recruitment methods and ensure that they align with current and future needs for company’s 
human capital

Job Requirements

Age between 35 - 45

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field (Master degree 

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in human resource management and administration

- Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations

- Working knowledge of administrative and HR procedures and business systems (such as HRMS, timekeeping, fixed asset management, etc.)
