Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Checking employees’ daily and monthly attendance, overtime, and leave
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships, and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar
  • Review and restore necessary changes on company HR policies to align with business strategies
  • Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
  • Establishing, organizing, and supervising the HR Department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentially
  • Have good management skills and be able to communicate well with relevant departments
  • Be able to travel at any time according to work requirements.
  • Manage security and administrative matters for the offices of various departments under the company
  • Directing the purchase of stationery and distribution of office equipment, vehicle management, and maintenance
  • Renovation and maintenance of office building and premises
  • Vehicle licenses preparation and ferry route management
  • Liaise with governments departments as necessary
  • Monthly Report Preparation
  • Responsible for other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Age between 32 to 45 years
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, more preferable in Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in the FMCG field in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge in labor law, employee relations, HRM, and HRD
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Computer literate and familiar with email, internet, Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of staff
