Scope

 

To provide a wide range of HR & Administrative support activities to HOD such as coordinating meetings, maintaining our employee database, recruiting and hiring process, suppliers and other payment processes, coordinating between HR and other department, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Assist and support in developing and implementing of HR governance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Head of HR, department heads and organization’s leaders regarding HR planning, employee sourcing and timeline of the recruitments.
  • Handle recruitment process such as vacant job posting, contact candidates, schedule and organize interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, attendance, etc)
  • Coordinate and liaise with related government offices (labour office, SSB office, tax office, etc) and handle related payments to those offices. 
  • Manage and record employees’ leave and insurance related benefits.
  • Organize staff events, employee engagement activities and training activities.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Compile and update employee records/files (hard and soft copies)
  • Prepare and reports relating to HR and administrative activities (manpower, absenteeism, staffing, recruitment, cost of hire, training, grievances, performance evaluations, monthly expenses, accrued expenses, etc)
  • Assist in annual budgeting of HR and administrative expenses.
  • Communicate and liaise with external partners, vendors, recruitment websites and agencies, insurance agencies, public services and clinic/hospital when necessary.
  • Assist and support supplier contracting and renewal.
  • Prepare and handle office supplies and office maintenance works. 
  • Prepare and handle all payments and billing processes.
  • Handle travel arrangement ( such as air ticket, car rental), accommodation arrangement ( such as Hotel Reservation).
  • Provide administration supports and assist day to day operation activities of Head of HR.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s Degree graduated (any) and at least possess HR related certificate
  • HR diploma holder or higher will be added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR professional field
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, words, excel, power point, etc..
  • Good knowledge in Myanmar labour laws, SSB Rules, related tax process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest, hard-working, passionate in HR management and willing to work in team manner.
  • Willing to learn, open to the changes and improve oneself.
  • Able to communicate in English will be added advantage.
  • Experience in FMCG industry will be added advantage.
