Purpose of JobsProviding administrative and HR management functions to ensure efficient operation of the clinic and managing day-to-day operations of the employees in clinic.Job Description• Handle employee attendance finger print and door lock.• Check the daily attendance of all employees both manually and via HR Software.• Prepare and calculate the monthly status report for attendance data such as late, leave, and OT.• Prepare and handle the duty roster of HR/Admin team and check the duty rosters of other teams (clinical/ non-clinical) informed by respective team leaders.• Prepare the SSB process and Employment Contract Process• Give the orientation training for the new comer of employees• Arrange the internal and external training as necessary requirements for trainer and other trainee needs in clinic• Handle and control expense claim process.• Maintain and record office miscellaneous item, office cleaning items and stationery.• Maintain & arrange monthly meter bill and phone bill.• Perform other duties assigned as necessary

Job Requirements
• Any graduate• Prefer diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration• Minimum 5-year experience in related field• Prefer those experienced in clinic/ hospital sector• Job-related knowledge and abilities• Self-motivation• Team spirit• Good communication skills• Leadership skills• Able to work flexibly in case of urgency
