- Recruiting, Short listing and interviewing for all department.
- Drawing the benefits (Social welfare & staff affair).
- Set up Rule and Regulations & HR improvement (explain company benefits policies and procedure to employees).
- Perform on manpower planning, manpower Budget, support of business objectives and corporate goals.
- Manage the employee attendance & leave management & processing payroll.
- Review Employees’ performance.
- Managing and oversee employees SSB contributions and personal income tax calculation.
- Orientation Program for new employee.
- Register the Employment Contract with Labour office.
- Compensation and Benefit proposal, coordinate with Myanmar Company Policy, government policy as well.
- Handled employee grievances, disciplinary.
- Prepared the Employee Handbook
2. Administrations
-Perform administrative duties
- Record time sheets for office staffs
- Manage car, driver and helper.
- Purchase office supplies.
- Schedule the weekly usage plan of cars and meeting room
- Manage the overall application for long-term stay & working permits for foreigners (including visa application and air ticket)
- Follow up with agents or service providers for appartment rental, housing, land, vehicle, ...
- Apply for licences (business licences, vehicle licences, ...)
