HR Job Descriptions - 

  • Daily HR Tasks (Attendance, Leave Record, OT)
  • Develop and monitor HR system, forms and procedures 
  • Maintaining and organising employee personal files and standard HR letters
  • Handle recruitment and orientation processes in a timely and professional manners.
  • Preparing attendance record/fingerprint software + fines + commissions/incentives + bonuses + allowances for payroll calculation
  • Ability to lead and hold regular office meetings - preparing meeting minutes in a timely manner
  • Daily task done and to-do list report to BOD
  • preparing EC Contract under labor law and other required tasks

Admin Job Description

  • Maintain IT products and software update at HO and shops - schedule a fix with our freelance IT staff regularly.
  • Help network setup/ printer & scanner setup/ install software application.
  • Keeping record of laptop / desktop inventory/ staffs’ uniform/Stationary/ housekeeping/stock taken/ purchase and issue the stored inventory.
  • Inspect office and warehouse for maintenance and update asset list.
  • Plan car way or routes for deliveries.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a Bachelor graduate (with HRM certificates/diploma preferred)
  • Must have at least 3 years in HR role - experienced with 40-50 employees.
  • Must know how to lead a small team as well as be a good team player (among other departments)
  • A good understanding of HR issues, performance appraisal process, SSB and labor law
  • Must have a good problem solving and decision making skills - ability to handle daily operations and difficulties smoothly
  • is always self-driven to challenge themselves and motivate others.
  • Excellent organisational skills - ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadline
