· Monitoring to employees' Daily Attendance, Leave, Late, OT.
· Being able to properly update the records of the Staffs status related to the probation, Permanent, Resigning, Dismissal, Transferring, Promotion, etc.
· Being able to handle the matters related to the Government Offices such as SSB, PIT.
· Supporting HR activities and assist in coordinating HR Policies, Process and relevant documents.
· Maintaining EC, service agreement, health and medical insurance.
· Liaise with agencies and conduct recruitment and selection of employees.
· Deal with office administration issues.
