Job Description

  • Check attendance and overtime daily, leave record and monthly report
  • Must be process recruitment & Selection Function at HR.
  • Can be arrange training for HR role.
  • Must be knowledge HR laws.
  • Assistant SSB contribution/Employee Contract and Income Tax process.
  • Follows up the staff leaves (annual, sick-, maternity, bereavement, etc.)
  • Distributing pay slip, allowance and other benefits to staffs.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Must have HR Certificate/Diploma.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws
  • Good in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fast Learner, Self-motivated, Good Attitude.
  • Team Player, flexible in approach and be able to work under pressure.
