1. To assist Admin Manager by providing admin support to ensure proper maintenance of office.
2. To manage human resources, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, HR Database.
3. Provide administrative support including data-entry, recording, printing, filing duties and editing documents, keeping stock of stationary supplies.
4. To maintain office management.
5. To carry out the translation and administration process in an efficient manner.
6. To translate and interpret from source language to target language.
7. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
