Here's your job description as a HR Assistant in Blazon Group,

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain and update personnel files for all employees.
  • Check and Maintain Leave report and Attendance records of employees.
  • Maintain and record the personnel files for new joined staffs.
  • Prepare staff ID card for new staffs.
  • Assist in the process of monthly C&B such as payroll, SSB and Income Tax calculation.
  • Dealing with related goverment offices.
  • Other HR tasks assigned by the Leader.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor'Degree.
  • Must have HR Certificate/Diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR/Payroll practics.
  • Computer Basic Skill (Excel, word, Gmail).
  • Maintain the high standards of confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of HR records.
  • Fast Learner, Self-motivated, Good Attitude.
  • Team Player, flexible in approach and be able to work under pressure.
