Job Description

Summary

The role of HR Assistant is to contribute to the implementation of HR roadmap of Hayman Capital to offer the best HR services to the staff. The role is to look after the major HR functions of compensation and benefits to achieve the objectives and drive the performance management function with the whole HR Team.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Check and maintain attendance registers, leave reports, other forms and reports.
  • Check maintain and update personnel files for all staff at location, ensuring all documentation is complete and kept respective file.
  • Review supporting documentation for processing various actions.
  • Answer a variety of enquires and supply readily available information from office files and databases.
  • Assist for preparing payroll, Social Security Charges and Income Tax Charges on-time payment to relevant Hayman Capital and government offices.
  • Verify benefit and other human resources related claims for accuracy and conformance with personnel rules and regulations and
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
  • Prepare all documents required for performance appraisal process.
  • Announce and instruct performance appraisal process to Department managers.
  • Follow and collect results from various Departments.

 

Other Duties

  • Being responsible person to ensure that the HR Team is bearing the ground rules, follow the HR vision, mission and understand the values.
  • Other duties assigned by the Deputy Manager, Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • English/Myanmar ability: Good in speaking, writing and reading.
  • Computer literacy: Being able to use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet skills
  • Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work with team
