Record the daily attendance for all staff and calculate payroll & overtime.
Prepared and recorded Monthly Leave balance List.
Prepare the vacancy announcement as relevant department as required.
Reviewing resumes and arrange Recruitment process.
Calculate SSB Contribution payment and communicate to Labor Office.
Monthly staff personal record filling. Maintaining and updating personal data for all employee.
Employee ID card management and photos taking.
Other duties assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate, Certificate in HRM
Age between (25~30) years
At least 2 years of experiences as an HR Assistant and more preferred construction field
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Must be knowledgeable in Myanmar Labor Law
Self-motivated, Teamwork and willing to learn
