Job Description• Record the daily attendance & overtime daily for all staff.• To Manage Employee leave taken list.• Maintaining employees’ personal files and HR documents.• Updates HR database, new joiners, resignations, and staff transfers.• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (SSB info, tax info, etc..)• Assist to coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees when necessary.

Job Requirement• Any graduate & other related diploma holders are preferable.• Age between 23 to 30 years old.• Proven at least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources position is preferred.• Must be Computer Literacy. (Internet, Email)• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Great interpersonal skills.
