Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Establish and maintain a strong and healthy relationship with all staff
  2. Labor Law, Income Tax and SSB process running
  3. Ensure healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace
  4. Calculate monthly local staff salary
  5. Explain all inquiries about salary by all staffs
  6. Check Attendance and manage leave
  7. Look for the staff contracts (both internal and EC contracts) and consider to make renewing in time
  8. Prepare attendance and OT sheets for all staffs monthly
  9.  Produce office letters (Announcement, Office order, Notice Letter and Warning Letter) if necessary
  10. Prepare Organization chat monthly
  11. Maintain employee profile and data in both soft and hard file
  12.  Prepare recruitment plan and job posts
  13. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  14. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  15. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

  • Bachelor degree in any fields
  • Good personality and communication skills
  • Good Computer Skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Email/Internet)
