- Any Bachelor Degree and/ or preferably Master Degree in Management.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development.
- 4 year experience as an Human Resource practitioner with solid background in talent acquisition.
- 1 year experience in management role.
- Sound knowledge on National Labor Law.
- Knowledge on health care service industry and Management Ethics.
- Interpersonal, liaising, planning, leading, organizing, controlling skill.
- Strong HR concept and service mind set.
- Persuasive personality and be a good observer on human behavior and psychology.
- Business English and intermediate level of IT fluency.
