  1. Follows Talent Acquisition policy and procedures lay down by ensure for its compliance.
  2. Implements recruitment strategy and gives advice to superior in order to establish proper recruitment strategy and retention plan.
  3. Assists to superior in Liaising with business units and management for manpower requesting, staffing and giving advice to superior in order to deploy manpower mitigation plan.
  4. Manage the process of Talent Acquisition and conducts job interview and ensures for smooth functioning.
  5. Collects data for analysis on labor market of health care service industry and assists to superior in developing proper employee retention plan.
  6. Manages applications arrangement and create vacancy announcement process in order to get reputable and proper announcement among public.
  7. Manages in employment contract renewal and termination process of the contractors.
  8. Performs exit interview process and analyses turnover data in order to support the employee retention plan of Business
  9. Prepares annual and monthly reports of the department and present to superior
  10. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and instructed by immediate superior of HR Division.

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree and/ or preferably Master Degree in Management.

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development.

- 4 year experience as an Human Resource practitioner with solid background in talent acquisition.

- 1 year experience in management role.

- Sound knowledge on National Labor Law.

- Knowledge on health care service industry and Management Ethics.

- Interpersonal, liaising, planning, leading, organizing, controlling skill.

- Strong HR concept and service mind set.

- Persuasive personality and be a good observer on human behavior and psychology.

- Business English and intermediate level of IT fluency.
