Duties and Responsibilities- Induction process for new staff- Daily attendance of all staff (downloading finger print and checking)- Daily leave record of all staff- Prepare leave calculation and deduction for payroll- Calculate overtime payment and Attendance Bonus for operation staff- Manage staff personnel files, maintain staff data records and keep confidential- Ensure that expatriate staff are well informed about the rules and procedures of immigration in Myanmar- Manage and responsible for the Visa process and Passport issues for all expatriate staff, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed in a timely manner- Arrange Air-tickets booking and Hotel booking for expatriate staff- Liaise with government office like Immigration Office, Labor Office, etc...- Coordinate with Head of Departments and Supervisors for staff affairs- Issue the office letters and prepare documents as required- Support the staff well-being and participate in well-being activities- Enter staff data into School Information Management System- Submit the activities report and other necessary reports to HR Manager- Other duties assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements
Person Specifications- Any Bachelor Degree- HR Diploma is preferred (not essential)- at least 1 years experience in HR field (essential)- Experience in Visa Process- Basic command of English- Able to communicate with Expat staff- Excellent Microsoft office operationCHILD PROTECTION STATEMENTSuccessful appointments will be subject to satisfactory references and verification of qualifications.
