Job Description

  • Recuitment & Selection Process (Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, Responsible for interview arrangement and posting ads and managing the hiring process)
  • Attendance and Payroll Process (Maintain employee records, such as daily attendance and leave records, according to the company policy and legal requirements)
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Develop and monitor training and development programs
  • Employee Contract and Contract extension
  • Prepare the employee resignation,Termination and dismissing process within legal boundary and Hanover Process
  • Innovating, Upgrading and re-structuring of internal policies, rules, regulations
  • Provide assistance on policies and procedures
  • To calculate the monthly SSB list and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB transaction as labor official income tax case. 
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain the high standards of confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of HR records(update personal files for all employees)
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist all the HR related duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the followings (Responsible for day to day operation of HR function and duties)

Job Requirements

Age 25 years and above

      • MUST BE Bachelor Degree Holder

      • HR experience (at least 2 years)
      • HR or management related degree or diploma
      • Strong ethics and reliability
      • Computer literate: MS Office, Excel, and Word
      • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)
      • Understanding labor law and disciplinary procedures
      • Computer literate: MS Office, Excel, and Word
      • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
