Maintains personnel files with relevant documents up to date.
Updates employees with HR policies.
Manages employees’ medical claims, insurances and study support.
Leave and attendance management.
Updates HR database, new joiners, resignations and staff transfers.
Keeps important labor legal documents up to date including contract registration
Prepares offer letter and confidentiality agreements.
Labor compliance; dealing with governmental agencies on labour matters.
Processes Burmese employees’ staff books.
Processes quota/ work permits for foreigners (arrange health check, contract verification).
Process visa for expat or as per request from partners; work permits and other relevant support to expat employees.
Dealing with other HR compliance work with officers of local government ministries
Coordination with HR officers in the other offices of the firm.
