Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Check attendance and overtime daily, leave record and monthly report
  • Assist HR Supervisor for handling staff complains and grievance.
  • Support HR Supervisor in setting HR Policy and Procedure.
  • Study market salary for all staff level.
  • Filing staffs and HR related documents and proper arrange for day to days HR operations of the HR functions and duties (Out pass, MO,….)
  • Complain & update the employee records (Hard and soft copies)
  • Keep current HR policies and HR regulations to ensure regulatory
  • Handle under staffing, disputes, terminating employees and administrating disciplinary procedures.
  • Update manpower of each entitles
  • Responsible for CV collecting and making interview appointment
  • Maintaining employee’s personal files and the HR filing system
  • Follows up the staff leaves (annual, sick-, maternity, bereavement, etc.)
  • Informing to Admin for Monthly birthday lists.
  • Preparing documents that required to submit to government office.  
  • Distributing pay slip, allowance and other benefits to staffs.
  • Preparing for weekly HR plan and supporting operational meeting slide.
  • Collecting the information of cash forecast and reporting to Finance.
  • Assisting Company Uniform process and providing name card for new comer.
  • Other instruction assigned by direct supervisor and HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • No experienced is required. Candidates with experience in HR is an add advantage.
  • Fluent in English / Chinese is required (Proficient in Chinese language will be advantage)
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration or Management.
  • Familiar with MS package.
